Privacy policy

Visco Real Estate PLC (“Visco”, “we”) operates viscorealestate.com. Our office is at Bole, Meskel Flower, Office No. 301, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, P.O. Box 3037 /1250.

When you send a price request, callback request or site-visit booking, we collect the details you enter:

• your name, phone number and (optionally) email address;
• the project, apartment type or unit you are interested in;
• your preferred visit date and time, preferred contact method and any message;
• the page you sent the form from, and how you reached our site (for example a search engine, social media post or advertising campaign link).

To protect the forms from spam, our server also keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions in a short period.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or passwords on this website.

We use your details only to respond to your request: to contact you about availability, pricing and payment terms, and to arrange and confirm site visits. Knowing how you found us helps us understand which of our channels are useful.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Form submissions are recorded in Visco’s customer management system and a copy is sent to our sales team by email. Access is limited to Visco staff who handle sales enquiries.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram, your messages are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

Our own website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To remember how you arrived during a visit, it keeps a small note in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Some pages show content from other services, which may set their own cookies when it loads:

• TikTok videos on the home page;
• Google Maps on the contact and project pages.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on your request and for our ordinary business records, and then delete them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@viscorealestate.com or call (+251) 115 573 931.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
